- Maintain visitor logs and issue security badges for corporate access
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supply inventory
- Support administrative tasks including document scanning and filing
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years receptionist or front-desk experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
