Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk with a professional and welcoming demeanor, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
- Answer and route incoming calls with a polite and efficient standard, utilizing a modern VoIP system.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including courier services and package management.
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Coordinate office supply inventory and maintain a tidy, organized reception area.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business administration is a plus.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a customer service role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
