Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor, managing the front desk efficiently.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or personnel promptly.
- Sort, distribute, and manage incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining office records.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining the company calendar.
- Ensure the reception area remains organized, clean, and presentable at all times.
- Handle basic customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
