Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors with a professional demeanor, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Communication: Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Administrative Support: Handle data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate office records and databases.
- Scheduling: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for management.
- Office Operations: Maintain the reception area, manage office supplies inventory, and handle incoming mail.
- Customer Service: Assist visitors and callers with inquiries, providing high-quality support solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience as a Receptionist or in an office support role (1-2 years preferred).
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly phone manner.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Software: Familiarity with CRM software or office management systems is a plus.
