Responsibilities
- Office Operations: Manage daily office activities, including mail distribution, supply inventory, and facility maintenance.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and callers, directing inquiries appropriately.
- Scheduling: Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel logistics for senior staff.
- Documentation: Prepare, proofread, and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems; assist with data entry and database updates.
- Event Support: Assist in organizing company events, team building activities, and internal meetings.
- Vendor Relations: Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure timely service and resolve issues.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience in administrative support or office management (1-2 years minimum).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM software.
