Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Greet visitors and direct them appropriately while answering a high volume of incoming calls.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital office records and archives to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of internal reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Coordinate meeting schedules, book conference rooms, and manage calendars for management.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
- Support the sales and customer service teams with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework is a plus.
- Previous experience in an office setting is a plus but not required for the right candidate.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to adapt to a flexible schedule and occasional overtime.
