Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Welcome and greet all visitors, clients, and vendors with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Phone Management: Answer multi-line phone systems professionally, screen calls, and route messages to the appropriate personnel.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, manage deliveries, and maintain the reception area.
- Scheduling: Assist with scheduling appointments and meeting room bookings using digital calendars.
- Inventory: Monitor office supplies and place orders to ensure the reception area is always stocked.
- Data Entry: Accurately input data into company databases and maintain filing systems.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is highly desirable.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
