Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Management: Greet all visitors and clients with a warm, professional demeanor and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Communication: Answer, screen, and redirect incoming calls with efficiency and professionalism; take accurate messages when necessary.
- Administrative Support: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and couriers; handle basic data entry and filing tasks.
- Scheduling: Assist with calendar management, appointment scheduling, and meeting room bookings.
- Office Maintenance: Monitor office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for restocking to ensure the workspace remains organized and functional.
- Event Support: Assist in the coordination of company events and meetings as required.
Responsibilities

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Associate, or Administrative Assistant.
