Responsibilities

- Greet and direct visitors, clients, and vendors promptly and courteously.
- Answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls with high-quality phone etiquette.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining the company calendar.
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and expense reporting.
- Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure smooth daily office operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals.
- Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Must be available to work a full-time schedule.
