Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry tasks, ensuring all information is logged into our CRM and database systems without errors.
- Maintain and organize both physical and digital filing systems to ensure efficient document retrieval.
- Prepare, compose, and distribute routine emails, memos, and reports to internal and external stakeholders.
- Answer incoming phone calls and route inquiries to the appropriate departments or team members.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing the daily calendar for office management.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and couriers with professionalism.
- Support the administrative team with general office duties as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 35 WPM).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors in data entry.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
