Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including email and phone inquiries, with a high level of professionalism.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executive staff.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy access to information.
- Assist with basic HR functions, such as onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records.
- Handle data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment to ensure the workspace is fully functional.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or relevant administrative certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Must be reliable, professional, and able to work independently.
