- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors and clients professionally, answer phones, and route incoming calls to the appropriate departments.
- Data Entry: Input and verify data into our CRM and internal databases with 99% accuracy.
- Administrative Support: Manage mail, distribute packages, and handle courier services.
- Record Keeping: Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, for easy retrieval.
- Scheduling: Assist in scheduling appointments and managing the company calendar.
- Office Maintenance: Ensure the reception area is tidy, well-stocked, and presentable at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in administrative support is preferred.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Typing: Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 40 WPM).
- Attention to Detail: Ability to spot errors and maintain high standards of accuracy in data processing.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
