Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors and clients.
- Answer and screen incoming calls, transferring them to the appropriate department or person.
- Sort, distribute, and log incoming mail and deliveries efficiently.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and scheduling.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, reception desk, and common areas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
