Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism at all times.
- Oversee weekend office operations, including mail management, phone coverage, and facility maintenance coordination.
- Liaise with internal departments and external clients to ensure clear communication and efficient workflow.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and maintain accurate digital and physical records.
- Act as the primary point of contact for weekend stakeholders and visitors.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of administrative experience, preferably in a corporate or executive setting.
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) as required, with flexibility for shift adjustments.
- Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
