Responsibilities

- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and package deliveries with accuracy
- Assist with basic administrative tasks like data entry and document management
- Maintain clean, organized reception areas and common spaces
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and support facility events
- Provide basic customer support and direct inquiries to appropriate staff
- Support team with ad-hoc administrative projects as needed
Qualifications
- Must be 16+ years old with reliable transportation
- Excellent communication skills and friendly, approachable demeanor
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
