Responsibilities
- Manage daily front desk operations and greet visitors warmly and professionally.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with accuracy.
- Coordinate meeting schedules, book conference rooms, and prepare meeting materials.
- Maintain office inventory, order supplies, and ensure the workspace is organized and efficient.
- Assist with basic HR administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
- Answer phone calls and route inquiries to the appropriate team members.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- No prior experience necessary; we value potential and attitude over history.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
