Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors warmly, manage the reception area, and ensure a professional first impression for all guests.
- Communication Hub: Answer, screen, and redirect incoming calls professionally; respond to emails and internal correspondence promptly.
- Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate digital and physical records for the office.
- Scheduling: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for department heads and staff.
- Weekly Pay Administration: Assist in the preparation of weekly time sheets and payroll documentation to ensure timely compensation.
- Vendor Relations: Handle incoming deliveries, manage office supplies, and coordinate with vendors for facility maintenance.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a Receptionist or in an Office Support role (1-2 years preferred).
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or certificate in Office Administration is a plus.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic accounting software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Location: Must be willing to work in our Raleigh, NC office location.
