Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with exceptional call handling and transfer protocols
- Greet and screen visitors with professional demeanor and security protocols
- Coordinate complex calendars and meeting arrangements for executive team
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and office supply inventory
- Assist with onboarding documentation and HR administrative tasks
- Maintain digital filing systems with meticulous attention to detail
- Coordinate office events and team-building activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional receptionist/front desk experience
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Professional appearance and customer service excellence
- Experience with scheduling software (Calendly, Acuity, etc.)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
