Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming calls with exceptional telephone etiquette.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier deliveries efficiently.
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Assist with scheduling meetings and managing calendars for management staff.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional receptionist or administrative support experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
