- Manage front desk operations, including mail distribution and package handling.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate office records.
- Schedule appointments and manage the company calendar efficiently.
- Collaborate with the administrative team to support daily operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in an Office Support role is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work on-site.
