Responsibilities
- Manage and organize daily correspondence, including emails, faxes, and mail.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls, managing calendars with precision.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports with high attention to detail.
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, screening and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and maintaining accurate digital and physical filing systems.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for staff and executives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be local to the Boston, MA area and able to commute to the office.
