Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and update customer and company information into our database systems with a high degree of precision.
- Office Administration: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, manage office supplies, and perform basic filing duties.
- Scheduling: Assist with calendar management and scheduling meetings for senior staff members.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional service to clients and internal stakeholders, resolving inquiries promptly.
- Report Generation: Compile and organize data to create weekly reports for management review.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer literacy.
- Typing: Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 40 WPM) with a keen eye for detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
