Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner, directing them appropriately.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls to ensure clear communication.
- Manage the front desk, including check-in procedures and managing the lobby area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and manage the organization of the office.
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate digital and physical records.
- Coordinate appointments and manage the company calendar efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
