Responsibilities
- Manage front desk reception, greeting visitors, and handling incoming calls/email
- Coordinate office calendars, meeting bookings, and travel arrangements
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place purchase orders
- Support HR functions including onboarding documentation and records
- Assist with special projects and event coordination
- Ensure common areas are professionally maintained
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years receptionist or administrative support experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
