What You Will Do:
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome all visitors with a professional and welcoming demeanor, managing the reception area to ensure it is tidy and organized.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls with a polite and helpful tone; manage voicemails and take accurate messages.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and couriers in a timely and organized manner.
- Perform general clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and calendar management for executive staff.
- Support the office management team with ad-hoc projects and special events coordination.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative support role (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone etiquette.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude and ability to multitask effectively.
