Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with a professional demeanor, directing them to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Answer, screen, and transfer incoming telephone calls with courtesy and efficiency.
- Manage the front desk reception area, ensuring it remains tidy and organized at all times.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages promptly to employees.
- Assist with basic clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and preparing documents.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings, managing calendars as required.
- Handle general inquiries and provide accurate information to callers and visitors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a general office support role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and staff.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
