- Prepare and distribute internal memos, reports, and correspondence.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
- Handle general office duties including mail sorting, supply inventory, and expense reporting.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 35 WPM).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
