Responsibilities

- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails.

- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and maintaining accurate databases.
- Sort and distribute mail and packages in a timely fashion.
- Coordinate schedules and manage calendars for department managers.
- Handle basic office supply inventory and reordering as needed.
Qualifications
