Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet all visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a professional and welcoming reception area at all times.
- Communication: Answer and screen incoming phone calls, route messages accurately, and respond to general inquiries in a timely manner.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, manage courier services, and perform light data entry or filing as needed.
- Scheduling: Assist with calendar management, appointment scheduling, and coordinating meeting rooms.
- Vendor Relations: Maintain relationships with building management and service vendors as required.
- Office Maintenance: Keep the reception area organized, tidy, and stocked with necessary supplies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk assistant, or administrative support role is preferred.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new software quickly.
