Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a professional and welcoming experience for all visitors, clients, and vendors.
- Phone Management: Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls with a professional tone; take accurate messages.
- Administrative Support: Manage mail, distribute packages, and handle incoming/outgoing correspondence.
- Scheduling: Assist in scheduling meetings and managing the calendar for executive staff.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records and update databases using MS Office Suite.
- Office Maintenance: Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and stocked with supplies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Professionalism: Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
