What You'll Do:
- Greet and welcome visitors warmly, directing them to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls efficiently using our multi-line phone system.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it remains organized, clean, and professional at all times.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages in a timely manner.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining digital calendars.
- Perform basic clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopying as needed.
