Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome Guests: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all visitors, directing them appropriately and managing the front desk area.
- Phone Management: Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls with a courteous and professional demeanor.
- Administrative Support: Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records.
- Mail Management: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages efficiently to the correct departments.
- Meeting Coordination: Assist with scheduling meetings and preparing meeting rooms for internal and external stakeholders.
- Customer Service: Address inquiries from employees and visitors with patience, accuracy, and a friendly attitude.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: No prior receptionist experience required; we train the right candidates.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professionalism: A polished appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work independently.
- Language: Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) are a plus but not mandatory.
