Responsibilities
- Greets visitors and clients in a professional manner, directing them to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Answers and screens incoming telephone calls, transferring to the correct extension and taking detailed messages when necessary.
- Manages the front desk area, ensuring it is organized, clean, and welcoming at all times.
- Handles incoming and outgoing mail and package deliveries with efficiency.
- Schedules appointments and maintains digital calendars for management staff.
- Assists with general administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
- Acts as a point of contact for visitors and provides general information about the company.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
