Responsibilities

- Phone Support: Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls efficiently while taking accurate messages.
- Data Entry: Perform high-volume data entry tasks with a focus on speed and 100% accuracy using internal software.
- Calendar Management: Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar to ensure smooth operations.
- Office Organization: Maintain a clean, organized reception area and organize shared office supplies.
- Mail Handling: Sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail and packages promptly.

Qualifications

- Skills: Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
