Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations and greet visitors warmly and professionally.
- Perform high-speed data entry tasks with 99% accuracy and attention to detail.
- Answer and redirect incoming calls, taking accurate messages when necessary.
- Update and maintain electronic and physical filing systems for efficient record retrieval.
- Assist with light accounting tasks, including expense reporting and invoice processing.
- Schedule appointments and manage the company calendar to ensure smooth operations.
- Process incoming mail and distribute correspondence to the appropriate departments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative support role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is essential.
- Fast typing speed (minimum 45 WPM) is a must.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a busy office environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States of America.
