Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and greet visitors with a professional, welcoming demeanor.
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document formatting.
- Coordinate schedules, manage calendars, and schedule appointments for management.
- Assist with administrative projects, event coordination, and client relations.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order new stock as needed.
- Handle mail distribution and ensure the reception area is tidy and organized.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
