Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests and clients with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Manage the front desk, including answering multi-line phones and directing calls efficiently.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services with accuracy.
- Schedule appointments and manage the company calendar using MS Outlook or Google Calendar.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and general administrative support as required.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Receptionist or in an administrative support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy office environment.
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal abilities.
- Reliable and punctual attendance record.
