Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors with a warm, professional demeanor, directing them appropriately.
- Communication: Answer and route incoming phone calls, emails, and mail in a timely and efficient manner.
- Administrative Support: Maintain the reception area to ensure a clean and organized environment.
- Scheduling: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meeting rooms.
- Data Entry: Perform general clerical duties including filing, copying, and data entry with high accuracy.
- Customer Relations: Assist customers or clients with inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal: Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
