Responsibilities
- Manage Front Desk Operations: Oversee the reception area, ensuring it is organized, clean, and welcoming for all visitors and staff.
- Communication Hub: Answer and route incoming phone calls efficiently, take accurate messages, and screen visitors with professionalism.
- Data Entry & Administration: Perform accurate data entry, manage filing systems, and handle basic clerical tasks during the night shift.
- Security & Access Control: Monitor security systems, issue visitor badges, and enforce company security protocols.
- Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with delivery personnel and external vendors during non-standard business hours.
- Shift Reporting: Prepare and submit daily shift logs and reports to management.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Assistant, or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar flexible rotating shifts).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Professionalism: Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
