Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Oversee the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Visitor Relations: Greet guests, sign in visitors, and distribute visitor badges while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Communication: Answer multi-line phone systems, route calls, and take accurate messages.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, manage couriers, and distribute packages.
- Security & Access: Monitor building security, verify employee credentials, and control building access during the night shift.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate logs of visitors, deliveries, and maintenance requests.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role is highly preferred.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone voice.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM) without complaint.
- Interpersonal: Strong customer service orientation and the ability to work independently.
