Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors warmly, ensuring a professional first impression for our clients and partners.
- Phone Support: Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls efficiently while managing a high volume of inquiries.
- Administrative Support: Handle data entry, manage calendars, schedule appointments, and prepare meeting materials.
- Mail & Communications: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages; handle outgoing correspondence professionally.
- Customer Relations: Assist customers with inquiries, route issues to the appropriate departments, and resolve basic concerns.
- Office Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe reception area and common workspaces.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; additional business certification is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role is preferred but not mandatory for top candidates.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer literacy.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
