Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments professionally.
- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm, professional demeanor to ensure a positive first impression.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
- Manage the front desk area to ensure it is tidy, organized, and fully stocked.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for internal staff members.
- Provide general support to the office team as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
