We are based in the heart of Detroit and are looking for candidates who are detail-oriented and proficient in office software. Note: While this role is based in Detroit, MI, we also welcome applications from candidates in Florida seeking flexible weekend work.

- Competitive hourly wage ($18.50 - $23.00).
- Weekend-only schedule (Saturday & Sunday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM).

Responsibilities
- Accurately input customer and product data into company databases and Excel spreadsheets.
- Review and verify all entered data to ensure high levels of accuracy and integrity.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Assist with general office administration tasks, including answering phones and basic correspondence.
- Prepare and reconcile weekly data reports for management review.
- Perform light data cleaning and formatting to ensure data consistency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in data entry or office administration is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
- Excellent typing speed (minimum 40 WPM) and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and maintain focus during the weekend shift.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday.
