Responsibilities
- Front Desk Operations: Greet and welcome all visitors and clients with a professional demeanor, managing the reception area to ensure it is organized and welcoming.
- Phone Management: Answer and screen incoming calls, route them to the appropriate personnel, and take accurate messages when necessary.
- Administrative Assistance: Perform general clerical duties including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry to support office operations.
- Mail and Communication: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages; manage outgoing correspondence and courier services.
- Scheduling: Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for team members.
- Vendor Liaison: Interact with delivery services and vendors as needed to maintain office supplies and equipment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative support role is preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
