Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements with precision.
- Screen and direct phone calls and emails, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Coordinate departmental projects and track action items to ensure deadlines are met.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment to ensure operational readiness.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of professional administrative experience.
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available for a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends if required.
