- Administrative Support: Manage mail distribution, coordinate courier services, and handle basic data entry tasks.
- Scheduling: Assist in scheduling appointments and managing the office calendar.
- Office Maintenance: Maintain the reception area in a clean, organized, and professional condition.
- Vendor Relations: Coordinate with external vendors and delivery services as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a general office administration role is preferred.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
