Responsibilities

- Manage and organize physical and electronic filing systems to facilitate efficient information retrieval.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails to the appropriate team members.
- Greet visitors and provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
- Prepare internal documents, reports, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of office supplies as needed.

Qualifications
