- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all visitors, guests, and employees, ensuring a positive first impression of our company.
- Phone Management: Answer and screen incoming calls professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel and taking accurate messages.
- Mail and Package Handling: Sort, distribute, and log incoming mail and packages efficiently to ensure timely delivery.
- Front Desk Operations: Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Scheduling Support: Assist with basic administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and managing the company calendar for the weekend shift.
- Access Control: Monitor building access and verify visitor credentials to ensure security protocols are followed.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or front desk specialist is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Reliability: Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently and punctually.
- Professionalism: A polished, professional appearance and demeanor.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
