Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update customer and company data into various database systems and CRM platforms with a focus on error reduction.
- Manage high-volume incoming calls and emails, ensuring all inquiries are answered professionally and routed to the appropriate department.
- Perform general clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and shredding sensitive documents.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for team members and external partners, maintaining a comprehensive calendar.
- Maintain and organize both physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy accessibility and compliance.
- Assist with inventory management and basic office supply ordering as needed.
- Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service to ensure a welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or administrative certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry, reception, or administrative support (1+ years preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 40 WPM).
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and time management abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
