Responsibilities
- Welcoming and directing visitors with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Answering and routing incoming phone calls to the appropriate department.
- Managing the front desk, including greeting guests and handling mail/delivery.
- Performing general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Assisting with calendar management and appointment scheduling.
- Updating office records and databases as needed.
Qualifications
- No prior professional experience required—on-the-job training is provided.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly phone voice.
- Basic computer proficiency (typing, email, Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
